Hiring Audit

We are excited to share that we are now offering a Hiring Audit service typically reserved for existing clients–at no charge. The Hiring Audit will give you powerful insights on how you can shift or alter your hiring process to get better results. We can do it in just 25 minutes. We will ask you a series of diagnostic questions related to various aspects of the hiring process, you will score yourself, and once we analyze the results, we will be able to come back to you with 3-5 recommendations or changes you can make that will improve your hiring process and get you better hiring results. Our conversation would be confidential, and you will end up with a valuable tool to help you improve this and future hires.
